Welcome to my Aloe Vera Gel Facts page! I just want to share with you a few of the insights I have harvested over the years about this aptly named 'Miracle Plant'.

ALOE'S FAMILY TREE

Aloe Vera looks like a cactus but belongs to the lily and onion family, related to garlic and asparagus.

Aloe Vera’s healing properties have meant that it is known as the ‘Miracle Plant’, ‘Wand of Heaven’ and ‘Immortality’ among many other accolades.

THE MATURE ALOE

Aloe Vera only reaches its full potency after four years’ growth.

ALOE USES

Aloe can be drunk as a nutritional drink or tonic or applied to skin or scalp in cream or lotion.
