ALOE WEIGHTLOSS
Yes, Aloe weightloss is possible! In fact, Forever Living has a nutritional cleansing programme that by my reckoning is the best ever. I’d like just to give you a taste on this page of their Nutri-Lean diet and exercise regime. It all begins with Clean 9, which consists of nine days preparing the path for a cleaner, healthier, happier you. My mid-morning aloe weightloss snack consisted of 2 Bee Pollen tablets and another 8 oz of water. Bee Pollen: For lunch I had 2 more Garcinia Plus capsules, 4 more ounces of Aloe Vera Gel and 8 of water, plus a scoop of Forever Lite with 300ml (10 oz) skimmed or soya milk. This ‘meal’ was rounded off with 2 more Bee Pollen tablets. I expect you can now see why I felt a little light-headed and lacking in energy by the end of Day 2! But this was not a bad feeling and my inside felt the cleanest it had ever been.
