Clean Zone phase 2 began on Day 3, after a second day exactly the same as the first. I expect you can now see why I felt a little light-headed and lacking in energy by the end of Day 2! But this was not a bad feeling and my inside felt the cleanest it had ever been. Day 3 brought me Forever Lite for breakfast and lunch alongside the Garcinia and Aloe … and a 600-calorie meal for dinner! Wow, how ambrosial that tasted!
