USING ALOE VERA INTERNALLY

I have been using Aloe Vera internally for over ten years. After seeing the beneficial effect it had on my Beardie’s stiff limbs, I started drinking it daily. Let me add that my limbs were not stiff! But once I had done some research on Aloe, learning how it works with ‘the inner doctor’, our immune system, I decided to drink it as a tonic.
I also felt that Aloe’s antioxidant properties might help protect me from environmental pollutants. There are, after all, concerns that these pollutants contribute to certain ailments, including some cancers, as well as to the ageing process. Aloe Vera works on the skin as well as on the immune system – and of course our skin is internal as well as external! When you think how it lines our gut, our lungs and intestines, also our genital tract, I’m sure you can see the possibility of this nutritional anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial drink bringing benefits. It has certainly brought them to Sam and me and countless others. Remember my mention of Joanna’s IBS? Still, you don’t need to be ill to benefit. I wasn’t ill, but wanted to protect my wellness. I feel that Aloe Vera has done, and is continuing to do, just that. Right from the start my daily dose has helped me feel calmer and at the same time revitalised. I have had fewer coughs and colds than ever before and felt far less vulnerable when surrounded by others with evident germs. This lack of such vulnerability comes after years of being unusually resistant to bugs! I am not asking you necessarily to believe me. But I do recommend that you try this Aloe Vera gel drink to judge for yourself. Please click on the picture for an informative link.
