I find it SO easy to just pour some skimmed milk into my blender, pop in a banana and some strawberries, a scoop of the Forever Lite powder and WHISK!
In just a few minutes my breakfast is ready. No cooking required and I have drunk it down in under 10 minutes (max!) so when I am running late it makes my life even easier.
Importantly, it helps me keep my weight on track on a long term basis so this could be an idea for you for after you have done Clean 9/Forever FIT.
It’s also really easy to take to work for lunch or before heading to the gym.
