My Forever Lite breakfast this morning was just heavenly.

Blueberry Banana Dream
I used: 1 scoop Vanilla Forever Lite Ultra, 300 ml skimmed/soya milk, small banana, handful blueberries – just blending them until smooth.
Wow, what a great taste – and what a great feeling that it was also helping me lose weight!

As you’ll see, this isn’t a picture of today’s shake – but the Simply Strawberry is one of my all-time favourites. It’s made with 1 scoop of Vanilla Forever Lite Ultra, 300 ml skimmed/soya milk, 3-4 strawberries (add crushed ice on hot mornings!!)
